Inventory Tab

View and manage your devices in the Inventory tab. Online, networked Shure devices appear automatically in the inventory, and you can manually add offline and non-networked devices.

① Grouping
Group the device list. Choose to show or hide portable rows (Axient Digital only) to make your inventory view more clear.
② Inventory headers
Click any column header to sort the inventory list by that property. Right-click in the header to show or hide columns. For Axient Digital devices, view and manage linked transmitters in the Portable slots column.
③ Real-time editing for parameters and settings
Double-click in each column to update information, such as device ID. Wireless Workbench immediately applies the changes to your equipment.
④ Device icons
Click the device icon next to a channel name to flash the front panel and identify the device.
⑤ Search
Use the search field to filter your inventory by searching for the devices you want to see. Apply multiple filters by separating terms with a space.
⑥ Tags
Tag your devices to make filtering easier. Go to Tools > Manage tags to add or delete tags. Double-click in the Tags column for a channel to add a tag.
⑦ Item properties sidebar
Select a device to adjust its properties in the sidebar. Select multiple components to edit them as a batch. Selecting components of the same model gives you more editing options. Use the auto-enumerate field to add sequential numbering to a component.
